About CrawlSpaceHub
A directory of crawl space contractors, screened before anything is listed. Free to use, no account needed.
Why this site exists
Crawl space work is invisible. You cannot see the joists under your living room, so you take a stranger's word on whether they are rotting and what the fix costs. On most jobs that word is worth as much as a decent used car.
Search results do not help much. The top spots usually go to lead brokers that resell your phone number, or to directories that list anyone who pays.
CrawlSpaceHub starts you from a shorter list: companies that do crawl space work in your metro, screened before they were listed, with their own phone number and website on the page. You pick the contractor but skip the part where you find out whether they exist.
What a listing is not
A listing is not an ad. Listing is free, and no contractor paid to be here.
A listing is not an endorsement either. We have not inspected anyone's work, and a listing does not confirm a license or insurance. Check both yourself before you sign; every state has a free public license lookup.
Rules we stand behind: get the inspection report in writing before you talk price, and never pay a deposit before you have it.
Who runs this
CrawlSpaceHub is independently owned and run by its owner. It covers a short list of metros and adds one at a time, only when there are enough contractors to make the page worth reading. No contractor or franchise owns it, and it does not do crawl space work itself.
Corrections go straight to the person who built the list. If something on a listing is wrong, tell us. We will fix it or take the listing down while we check.
